Accountant Assistant
Full-time – Heraklion
Key Responsibilities
- Registration of purchase-expenditure documents
- Billing and invoicing process
- Monitoring and completion of monthly audits - agreements of projects
- Collaboration in the implementation of subsidy programs
- Collaboration in conducting financial reports to monitor the financial indicators of the company
- Monitoring and inform about balance on customers’ and suppliers’ accounts
- Provide realistic and constructive feedback for further improvements.
Requirements
- 1+ years of work experience in similar role
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent field of study
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and softone accounting applications
- Knowledge of finance books and ELP
- High level of English language (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Completed military service
