Job Overview

As a Digital Account Manager, you will develop and manage digital strategies while assisting team members and clients to achieve their digital marketing goals. Your aims, among others, include the improvement of their web presence as well as better marketing and sales processes.  This specific role is considered significant for the success satisfaction and the devotion of our customers to the company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build long-term relationships with clients.
  2. Investigate and determine clients wants and needs (based on competition and other business related characteristics).
  3. Design and implementation of digital marketing strategies.
  4. Specific tasks that aim the achievement of customer goals.
  5. Participate in proposals for the design and implementation of marketing strategies that will optimize their web performance.
  6. Prepare, present and analyse reports on their digital marketing progress.
  7. Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client and monitor them.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Paid Media platforms including Google ADs, Facebook (META), LinkedIn e.t.c
  • Knowledge of digital advertising with usage of both hard sell and soft sell objectives.
  • Hands-on working experience with Google Ads (e.g search, display, video, shopping, UAC) and Facebook (Family of Apps) Ads
  • Hands-on experience with catalogue sales and conversions campaigns.
  • Knowledge of other Digital Marketing tools (Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, CRM, Task Management, SEO tools, Google Analytics, e.t.c)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Solid time-management skills.
  • Result driven and creative thinking.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Verbal and Oral).

Nice To Have/ Will Considered As A Plus

  • 1+ Years Proven work experience as a Digital Account Manager or similar role.
  •  Google Ads Certifications.
  •  Google Analytics Certifications.
  •  Facebook Blueprint Certifications.
  • Knowledge and experience in e-commerce, e-business and marketing.
